1. No work life balance. 2. Quality of work at Gemini is mostly operational. 3. Bonuses are only given to 20% of the team Members & hence, no transparency here. 4. The HR's are really cunning. They will screw you in every way possible. 5. 3 months notice period - So you are literally a prisoner who can't get out. 6. Very poor appraisals.
