The Company had a Pop up Sale. Which was the way the calls were being recieved. There is no such learning in the technical support company. The Technical Support executive are made to even answere sales calls. Talking about company environment. Totaly useless. There is no such policy for promotion or Caliber. Just merely total politics and pleading or sugar coating the Directors. There is no talent recognizition. If we talk about job security. The Company is Scam in the US Federal Court. The Operations were Closed and I was an employee. The Leads or Assistant leads whom I worked with knew nothing. Just basic knowledge thats all and totaly incorrect parameters for resolving a Clients issue. Except for the other Team lead who was better than the Previous one. Also, the only Survival within this Company is sugarcoating your boss or Directors. No requirement of Talent and knowledge. I have also came to Sceneraio where the HR is too pathetic or totaly useless. The Lady Parul sharma, is the most disguiting employee in the HR department. A Scam Company all and all....Read More

Everything about this Company is being disliked by me. Never to join this Company thinking as a Good Oppurtunity.

Work Details

The Work over here is totaly out of Blue sometimes. Even have to take Sales call and answere them being a Technical Support Executive.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
