I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. We get the opportunity to work at refineries and production plants. Pays the salary on time.

Dislikes

No difference in status for engineers and technicians. Only difference in salary, slightly higher for Engineers. Accommodation at sites are not good.
