Great work culture. Colleagues and seniors are friendly and helpful. Horizontal hierarchy and everyone is very approachable. Flexibility of working from home unless required. Timely salary credit, (before time, when credit date is a bank holiday). Subsidized cab services (negligible cost), and free lunch at office. Last and definitely not the least, is the work life balance, no over-work after work hours, no hassle in taking leaves, be it casual, sick or paid.
