Likes

Learning policy - you could get a lot of international certifications and the pays you incentives for those. There is even monthly skill allowance for certified employees.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Some managers might not be good enough to understand the process, and might have unrealistic expectations.

Work Details

This answer would change for every team. Few teams have poisonous culture, where the boss is the absolute authority. Where as other teams have bosses that understand their teams.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
