There is no job security. Team leads are making employees work for 12 15 hours without OT and there is no appreciation, so much of micro monitoring and leads are not at all supportive.

Dislikes

Had best experience when offices were open, had worked with best leads but since lockdown management have become insane and there is no empathy and politics is running the show.
