Good company culture.... employee centric policies... great transparency in all aspects and the best part is WFH policy though project to project it's different but for most of them it's only 1 week WFO ....just one concern they should provide transport for all shifts as of now they are providing it to only evening shift I am talking about Pune location I have no idea about other locations.
