Gallagher supports custom exams related to insurance which includes CPCU, CII , ACII etc for which they provide you reward on passing exams which is too huge like 3 lacks and more. Many soft skill programme are taken as per your interest.Job role and pressure depends on which process you are working.Company culture is best and employee centric.Gallagher is one of the best employers in the world. It is also been awarded as most ethical company. Nice place to work for females as they have lot of benefits and 70 percent crowd in pune location are femails. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
