The company has 100% job security, good work culture and environment, the management team is always supportive and transparent no matter what the situation is, I feel the company policies are very fair and good. Also, appraisals are fair and they give a good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

What I disliked the most is there's no proper training for freshers at the start but now I see a major difference in this scenario which I feel is great.
