Good place to start as fresher. Get to know about web development with proper training and exposure. Fun place to work with colleagues.

Dislikes

Force you to work overtime. Strict Team Leads and PMs. Too much office politics happens (in time of promotion). Does not care about your opinion.

The manager has no knowledge on team building, team members does not support the new members in the project. Strict deadlines. No KT will be provided and just they will give u a video to watch. In a day you have to work more than 12 hours still the manger is not happy.
