One small area of improvement could be streamlining internal processes, as some tasks take longer than expected. Occasionally, managing priorities among team members could be challenging, but its mainly resolved with collaboration and team effort

Nothing to like about in this company , its jus pure trash , the management is very toxic and it is run by a bunch of fools . The CEO is jus a young spoilt brat without any vision.

Everything is a dislike here, no job security , no clients , they blame the juniors or freshers because of the inability of the HR team or the management team

I like nothing about the company and I will recommend no one to work here. Do not fall in their trap. They will call you to work and appear for weekly tests even on Saturdays. All shining items are not gold and they literally are not even people. Threat to associate and mankind. Including people like Chandrakala Nanjappa, Karthik Joseph, Akash Gupta and even the CEO Raghav Gupta.

They are even unable to manage the micro management. They keep fake promises. First, they will say no more interviews, then they will start showing their colors by saying client interview but only 1 round after that they will say there is one more but this is last round and again they will keep 3rd round. Will continuously postpone the interviews even after hiring. Will cut your share in the salary as maximum as possible more than any company does in India or in foreign. Do not fall in their trap. They will give you very less salary. In my case, I got 11 LPA, some got 7 LPA, some got 9.5 LPA and some got 12 LPA and almost all were forced to leave the company after 3 months with threats like they will fire us....Read More

I am a data engineer who got deployed after 2 months of training at Futurense Technologies. I do'nt know about others but, I had a very good time working here, in fact i did'nt even felt like going back from there office. They will deploy you to Fortune 500 companies, during their training section you have to make sure that you will upskill for better placement opportunies.
