Started here as Sales Engineer few months ago. Overall, it was well organised and people who can passionate about their job and work- this is the best company to explore and learn. Incentives structures was one of the best I can say.

no work life balance, and they will think that is normal, nothing formal, company has no proper employee management systems, no id cards for that matter, company is struggling to keep up economically, not able to pay employees on time, steer away software developers, job security tends to zero.

Dislikes

No proper management, software developers stay away, previous codebase is spaghetti code, no code review, no proper SDLC followed, somehow deploy when customer is pressuring. Frequent change of managers. Project Managers have zero experience in Software Development.
