Everything.. They call for the job.. And agree to our terms and conditions.. Bt when we meet in-person, they change their words... No value for experienced faculties... They just take freshers on lowest salary.. And didn't accept experienced faculties... As they would ask for more salary... Never go there... You will also be called on Sundays...

i don't like anything in this group.

Dislikes

they pay only TEN MONTH salary, and no SUMMER and WINTER LEAVE, and most horrible fees recovery from the students in the classroom while lecture is running.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
