Great team and work culture, team members as well as senior management is very cooperative and overall the organisation is employee friendly. There is creative freedom for work. The professionalism is something to learn from and helps you grow as a working individual.

Dislikes

Coming from a quantitative primary research background, I initially struggled to adjust with the secondary research, syndicated study format. The lack of quantitative studies made me switch to my current organisation but that was probably a big mistake that I committed and it made me realise the importance, professionalism and employee friendliness of this organisation. Another point which I feel can be looked at is the use of dual screen desktop systems instead of laptop. Although that encourages planning and ensures work life balance, but sometimes affects health and is an issue where space is scarce. The company ensures and promotes work life balance. There is a minimum 8 hours login policy which e sures evryone plans their work days as well as vacation days and maintain regularity.

Permanent remote working, team mates are compatible, personal skill development opportunities

Dislikes

Doesn’t solve the flexibility purpose of remote working (have dual monitor desktop systems instead of laptops). Work pressure exists. In-built work hour tracking apps have strict long working hours. Company lacks foresightedness, struggles to gain new clients and retain existing ones with subscription renewals.
