Big NOOOOOOO.. Dont join this company if this is the last company, i will prefer to be jobless rather than joining this company. The management is spineless, they commit to their clients unrealistic demands and then torture employees to get the demand fulfilled. 0 or negative work life balance, company culture is pathetic , HR dept is nothing but managements puppet so expect nothing from them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
