Its the technology stack, the technology stack over here is mixed. One can get chance to learn and work on the new technology.

Work life balance is pathetic over here. Team mates are good, good training on Udemy and other, new product ideas are taken.

Ambiance is quite good. Games are there for refreshments. Canteen is quite good. Occasional tournaments are being held which boosts working pleasure

Worst Management. Most weekends are working and no appreciation at all. Dirty politics from mangers, they literally find mistakes in every good initiative and normal tasks. fulcrum worldwide did n't pay my salary & variable , it also deduct cash from the salary for food card, but did n't deposit that amount in the food card account.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
