In that company, I had worked in Quality Department. In that department staff are so good mostly Kiran Sir.

About payment and canteen facilities. And also one big thing is in that company management is not good but Quality Department is Best all the time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
