No growth in these company the staffs was do not understand your problem only behave with you like robot and working hours some time 12hours 8hours overtime payment not providing only gives you one day off these is so bad. I suggest any new people you are Degree holding don't go these company if you join completely kill your dreams,enjoyment,happy life.
