The company culture, benefits, and opportunities for advancement could also contribute to a positive work experience.

They are calling you for interview and just wasted the time. They have a so many clause that if you are not able to complete your targets so they don't give you salary. Director of the company is too rude. Overal experience during the interview is worst. Don't go for the interview.
