Excellent company to work for. Work culture is the best. Given ample time to get trained. Good opportunity to freshers/experienced. Good number of PTO’s available. Management is flexible with working hours and understands one’s personal circumstances. Would recommend working here...

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
