I joined this company as a Marketing Manager with high hopes, but my experience turned out to be an eye-opener and a cautionary tale for potential employees. Within just a month of joining, I encountered an extremely toxic work environment, primarily fueled by Shylesh Narayana, a micromanagernotorious for his unrealistic expectations and unprofessional behavior</mark>. Despite achieving the targets he set—targets that were often arbitrary and unattainable—I was met with hostility instead of acknowledgment. Shylesh regularly overstepped boundaries with inappropriate comments about personal life, religion, and even racially charged and communal remarks. His behavior is not only unethical but also detrimental to team morale. What’s worse, the company lacks any mechanism to address grievances against him, as he appears to be shielded by his boss in the USA. This creates an atmosphere where employees feel powerless and unprotected Even when I protested against his actions and unfair treatment, no resolution was offered. My colleagues and juniors supported me, with some even threatening to resign in solidarity. Despite this, Shylesh’s deep insecurities and unwillingness to accept skilled professionals ultimately led him to find a way to terminate me during a challenging time in my life. Non-payment of bonus. So if you're going to join Frost, forget about consultant/analyst bonus (which is 16% of total compensation). Negotiate well on the fixed CTC. Variables are almost never paid. Medical insurance is a benefit for older employees only. If you're for 5 yrs & more in the organisation, then only you're eligible for full medical benefits.
