everything - worst compensation, they dont provide bonus which they mention in offer letter, no emp benefits, worst work life balance, no cafeteria, pune office dont have male washroom. just pathetic

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
