Inclusive culture - the company does its best to keep up evolving with cutting edge technologies. Frontline really prioritize keeping us happy so we can do best both in our work and personal life. Expected to work smart and they care about us a lot. They have opted for a very good insurance policy and which helps a lot in Dubai.

Dislikes

I can not really say there is any cons in working here. This is my first time working for an ERP software and that was a challenge. Even with past software development experience, there is a great deal to learn more.
