I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.

The culture can be collaborative at times, they try to be inclusive and make it like a community, but that is not always successful.

The company does not have any HR policies in place, so if you feel like you are bullied or singled out, it's all dependent on your manager if they want to fix the issue. The management Is unprofessional, unreliable, and toxic. There is zero job security, they are infamous for firing at a moment's notice. They literally fired one of my colleagues because she is not a "culture fit". She was the second-best performer on the team and super friendly too, this makes me believe it was just personal. I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.
