Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. Unrealistic work expectation, passive learning & lack of clarity from seniors. Working like a startup and the entire focus on things that are totally different than the market. Work is never 9 hour, expect to work minimum 12 hours a day

I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.
