I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

The company culture is very chill and casual. You don't have to follow the hierarchy to communicate to someone. Appraisal percentage is better 5 to 20%. However, for BD department, the sky is the limit.

The very casual culture makes the communication very unprofessional. Salaries aren't credited on time. They focus was too much on targets and has a culture of marking "leave without pay" if you do not achieve your Targets.

Nothing is there to be liked about this company This is the worst company ever they don’t pay to their employees please stay away from such fraudulent companys see their reviews on google and see linkedin post.. few employees have mentioned that they didn’t pay there dues from months. Freeskout engages in fraudulent activities like not paying dues to their employees, causing stress and financial hardships for their employees.
