It works for underprivileged students which is a good thing.

Dislikes

The overloaded work culture, manipulation for overtime, being practical everytime, not being sympathetic to the employees, no authority and respect to the ground level employees. Also, no consideration of seniority of an employee at the time promotion, and promotions mostly based on recommendation basis.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
