It allows you to learn a lot of things . FEA spends a lot fo their staffs grooming. Organisation provides various oppurtunities to learn and grow at personal and professional level. Saklary credits on time. Travel allowance are provided.

A lot of politics may alter the mental peace of honest employees. Manager plays a lot of biased games and promotes internal conflict. Promotion is mostly based on flattering. Work life balance is almost null. Higher management put a lot of pressure at ground level managers. Staffs are forced to go outside to create awareness of organisation to get students. Love the environment created by Mr. Deepak Chopra, everyone works towards one goal. Things are pretty easy going and politeness is never missed, respect and encouragement go hand in hand.

Dislikes

For starting your career this is a good place, you learn, help and grow. Stagnancy becomes a major part 2-3 years down the line and with the focus of the organisation in Rural setup there's little for urban staff. Salary wise, it's an NGO so it remains just average. No incentive or bonuses but you get good number of leaves.
