Since Treasury is a complex subject matter, sometimes the consultants have to stretch to understand the customer requirements properly and deliver on the project Knowledge sharing and mentoring from seniors can be improved

I was a senior SAP ABAP consultant helping the management with solution architecture and defining the solution for the customer I left because I got a good break in an overseas location

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
