Poor management. They don't try to listen and understand your conditions. They just want their project to be delivered on or before time, doesn't matter to them how the developer complete it. No training for complete fresher even. Very low salary as compared to work burdan. 5.5 working days are just for name. You have to work until the project gets delivered, whether it is day or night, weekend or weekdays. The CEO make poor jokes on employee. Except the business development team, all people, whether he/she is a developer or tester, experienced or fresher, or anyone, is treated poorly. It was a terrible experience. Please don't go if you are a developer or tester especially fresher. You won't get proper training and you will be shifted to the project.

I like the environment of this company, here seniors are very supportive. Team Leaders are also very supportive. Here i learn new technologies and work on them. Here i work on many projects.

I learned many things in Fourbrick. I joined this company before one and half years. When I started I was following some pre-defined methodology. But from my superior I got to know how I can use alternative mind to solve the problem in a very limited time frame. I was reading review and I saw that there is only frustration of the people who was not able to perform. I request all the candidate to go and learn more so they can perform in the company and company runs from team and team should be productive. Being an HR of the company and a female employee of the company i always feel secure in the office as far as company's culture is very healthy. i have been with fourbrick since last 2 years and still working here. Company is very supportive as i am a mother of daughter they supported me on my whole maternity period and after delivery also.
