They lack vision for the company and are usually stuck in petty politics and micromanagement. Instead of addressing an issue more important thing is to put blame on someone and run from their own responsibilities. All these reasons combined, they've started to lose business and are growing negatively. If the company has to survive,they need to correct these basic things. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
