This company have bond with other company who required developer for 3, 5 or 6 month. So this company is hiring use and through and region is your your understanding is not proper and your working is slow. Senior and HR do not have manner , they are talking rudly. Not properly mannerd work life, also there is no fix dates for salary always gives reason while giving salary to employees about we didn't received money from client etc. Even after mentioning salary approval in offer letter we didn't received any increment for that

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
