In covid time they gave me job, when I required it utmost.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible, regularly the company management will ask to come and work on weekends or extend shift timings, but during the hike season they will show they don't have work and they won't pay more, there is no work life balance. I have seen employees coming to work at 10 am and mostly stay upto 9pm 10pm and sometimes even till 1am. The company treats freshers like shit, with a 2yrs of service bond and a mere package of just 15k a month and they are exploited beyond imagination. If there is a long weekend or public holiday the company has a habit of calling employees on weekends to work. They won't give you a holiday even on International Labour Day. They won't let you club your leaves with weekends and public holidays. If you have a family staying away from you and you want to meet them by clubbing your leaves along with public holidays or weekends they won't let that happen, they have the rights of cancelling your leaves, so you can enjoy your leaves without payment for the day. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
