If you are startup level and self learning person, this company ok for 1 year.

Dislikes

Owner is psycho. She is talented in making drama and cheating. Always talking own history. She is always give unwanted lectures and telling unwanted stories. Only one hour skill development lecture for entire career. Recently moved into new Home/ office. But old system and furnitures. Maintenance is worst except the toilet. Mats arevery old and not washed. Wiping clothes/ cleaning clothes are old T shirts. Salary is minimum. She will not give salary and hike that much amount as per discussed. Always trying to cuttoff salary....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
