I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I was working for other company and forray software was employer When client said that they are going to release me they also asked me to leave dint give any other client to work with And i have to search for a new job at the end of the year which was difficult I had completed my 1.3 years and still they dint approached me for apprasials In offer letter they mentioned if they ask me to leave any time since projects were not there they will give me 2 months basic salary Which was also not provided by them So if u join they will give you salary on time But no job security...Read More
