The work culture is very pathetic. Most of the employees who are working in the company for many years are doing politics, the most important fact is that they don't know how to work and how to behave like professionals. At the same time they are taking all credit for the work done by the new employees, which company should take care.

Nothing i would like to tell that I was selected for project coordinator but I was made to work in sales.

Nothing it was worst place to work the management doesnt comunicate with you and the head Yogesh Saluja he is of no use he does not communciate or guide you.the work life here is really bad they change your department with informing and they do what they feel like with communicating or informing i would recomment no one should go through this so its better to look for some other opportunities.
