- If working under a good HOD, learning can be great. - Good company for 2-5yrs experienced people. - On-time salary

- Typical Lala culture, don't be fascinated by the office space. The modern look of office is an eyewash to project MNC image. - HR policies are terrible. Unnecessary poking from HR on meagre issues. - No WFH, while other companies in same industry have adopted it. - Worst: Parking fees is deducted from salary. - No official outings/parties. - HOD centric culture. Rest employees are just mules.
