The compensation part is actually very good. The exposure for the onsites and project team is very nice.

Dislikes

Need to improve the training methods for the new onboarded employees. Paying respect to the junior employees is also a part.

Work Details

It was a nice experience to work in blended culture of the MNC and Indian colours. Yet, to improve they nred to inject some fresh blood from the market and accept their ideas for work.
