I personally think, it's the freedom, the widen scope that one can experience in here is something that distinguishes FLDEC from the rest. My typical day starts with a little chit chat with friends, and assigned to do list from my TL. He always backs me up, provide me with necessary spur, pushes my limit so I can comprehend as well as excel at the same time.

Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary range could have been better, yet comparing it to the depth of exposure and knowledge you gain, you can compromise that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
