Everything except officer's behaviour. Residence, life style, uniform, payment and surroundings

Autocracy of commissioned officer- commissioned officers are using their position wrongly. They don't think about others they are selfish and humiliating sailors. This is applicable for some of the officers. Needs to be improved

By virtue of being an armed service, it is hierarchial. Step motherly treatment by the Government in terms of benefits etc
