It's very good company to learn and grow. I was working there for 2.3 years and it has a good culture, friendly colleagues, and seniors. It better place to grow. Management at least give ears to what employee says.

Dislikes

The hike could have been better. Training needs to improve. Self-learning is there. The work-Life balance you can definitely manage.

There is much scope to lean new technologies. Got chance work with Highly self motivated product architects. People here ready to accept suggestions both technically and personally. Excellent CTC structure. People are very much friendly and once can really enjoy working here

Dislikes

Chances are growing in the career path is relatively average here. I see people staying in the same designation for many years. occasionally get chances to get promoted. Since its a small company, cannot have internal good resources like a dedicated leaning portal for skill upgrade but can get really good mentorship with internal tech leads.

One of the most transparent companies I have worked for. They are open about everything. Employees are very friendly with each other and don't hesitate to help new joiners. Company culture is good and the management team actively seeks feedback.

Work life balance can definitely improve. Planning needs to be better which can reduce the pressure on the engineers.

If we join as fresher you can gain a lot of knowledge

1) HR department will think they are the head of the company and will speak like honey dipped tongues to the employees 2) Just simply they will put a tagline as better place to work but no job security 3) They will shuffle you in multiple projects and say to gain knowledge and once we gain knowledge they will give 2 or 4 percentage hike every year by saying silly reasons which is worser than a service based company 4) A puppet dance scrum master will be there who nods his head for the project manager and for name sake RCA will happen after every release 5) On-site product architect will sleep for months and atlast offshore director will blame the team members that resources were idle 6) A plan less project manager who asks to work on weekends for clearing the scrum board and even during release time and on Monday will tell release has been postponed . Even if u work like a slave by sacrificing your personal life without spending time with families in weekends , there will not be any recognition or appreciation mails you will get from your managers. 7) worst thing is you will never get a proper environment to work where 14 team members will fight for two user sign in environment 8) Management peoples in a project will waste the time and sit idle posting photos in social medias and will not deliver the product to the client ,atlast they will force us to resign due to project loss,where to other colleagues will say as due to lack of performance they fired.
