In flash electronics no have any job security , work culture and environment of this company is good , management are good , company policy are good . Appraisals are fair and they give salary is good but bonus ever year not provide to the employee.

In this company good environment ,good salary but forward thinking of training is so bad and very poor those affected on trainee engineer . that's why career growth is slow .

This job is very interesting. Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was training session . I got a chance to learn about multiple things and help me to do better in future .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I am working here 15 yrs....flash is a very real,royal and carrier oriented company. MD Sir is a so nice person. Other management team is also supporting . Hr is also best. My personal opinions is flash is very nice.but My joining in 2006 I left job on 2020. But at the time of when i leave my job that tme my monthly salery is 33000. That is not ok for me and my family growth. So,I left my job.

I have successfully completed 6 month training period.Company environment is very free also teammates are very helping in nature. Safety is the first policy of the company and also maintain the better quality. But there is no any career growth also no appraisal in salary.
