Not working currently in this organization. As per my work ex in Flair, you will learn a lot things with a very good exposure. Freedom to take your own decisions while working.

Dislikes

As it's a medium scale organization, salary component is not at all satisfactory. Company culture lacks somewhere as they are not able to treat, train new employees professionally. Employee doesn't feel motivated in surrounding. A lot of work load disturb your work life balance and you are unable to give time for your family and social life.

Work Details

Work experience was good, learned a lot of things. Management should treat employees with professional approach as every individual has their own dignity. Company should respect their employees.
