Good for manegarial position as they dont have to work. And dont have to handle pressure, just push it to underlinks.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance. Developers have to take all the pressure and blame. No excuses allowed even if they are valid.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
