Everything This is a body shop of a management consulting firm. India & Philippines is their mazdoor mines. They hunt for the best associates & pay in pennies. Moreover, they will make you sit on the client's lap & forget about you in the longer run. My client is a manufacturing company based in US. The HRBP is so stupid, most of the times he forgets the deliverables & to-dos. No job security They distribute your PII Data to many 3rd parties in the name of bgv. Your manager connects with you once a week just to remind you that belong to CAI, otherwise, you work with the clients as contractual employees. No growth opportunities.
