Likes

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are very good. The support company provided during lock down period was excellent.

Dislikes

We should have some R&R program also to motivate the employees, which is one improvement area here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
