Worst organization to work with. Unethical people in the management. Seniors treat juniors as labour's. Instead of building the team the maneger tries to break the team. A lot of stress given. In the rules and regulations of the company, you give more importance to the staff members first. If a manager makes a mistake, you don't even ask him what the reason is. What is the cause? You run your shop directly over the staff. That is the wrong thing. If you have appointed a manager, then you should listen to him first.

Toxic culture. Very less appraisal. Lot of partiality. ZERO facilities provided {except for parking and canteen(paid) and cockroach had been found in Maggie in canteen recently} No bonus. Culture here is to work for max 1.5 yrs and switch. Senior Management is partial and toxic.
