This company's last 2year joining timing was good at managment .

But this year's management was in bad experience and not at all supported to all staffs and store managers that's the reason why some staffs and managers had leaved their jobs.

The company is good, the product is good. You have a very good variety in kids wear.

In the rules and regulations of the company, you give more importance to the staff members first. If a manager makes a mistake, you don't even ask him what the reason is. What is the cause? You run your shop directly over the staff. That is the wrong thing. If you have appointed a manager, then you should listen to him first.

There is no healthy environment

The management is worst at first cry. There is a lot of politics in upper management. In first cry managers are not cooperative they create pressure on employees and create toxic environment.

All...no work life balance, no promotion, no salary increment, not a good culture of the HOD . Totally waste of time and mental health..if you are planing to join this company I would request you all to go and collect some information before joining. Once you will you will be stucked here...and the HOD will terminate you anytime without any clarification...

I joined as CRO right now assistant manager is very good compair to other brands i love my work always work is first preparation in my life.

Promotion wise ok but salary wise very worst... Im a Assistant manager salary 18000. Im handling Sr.Cro salary 25000 it very terrible. In case I resigned my work only reason the salary..

She is a small minded area manager and area managers are also involved in managers and their personal matters. I myself am an example of this.

I was invited for F2F interview round at First cry Pune office. the invite was shared for 11 am. I was at the lobby of company at sharp 11 am. the receptionist made us wait for long 3 hrs with no information or any update about the interview process. The HR dint even come and address us. no one was receiving call from there end. thereceptionist was clue less she had no information about what's happening in office. it was just like a scam. people please be aware of this situation incase u get a call from HR of this company be very sure before attending it. i wasted my whole day . with no response from their end. worst work culture n ethics i came across in my 10 yrs experience....Read More
