One of the best company I have worked with. Great work environment, helpful colleagues, supportive managers. Overall a good experience. Particularly one manager named Deepti Grace who understood the hardships I was facing and went at an extra level in helping me out both professionally and personally. Highly recommended.

Not much good work environment and culture as I expected. Teammates are not so much supportive and the management transparency is not which I expected. There is no huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling because of lack of space in the store. Company policies are not enough good, appraisal are average and they do not give proper salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics between the staff and the management sometime address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is nill. During training period you will not be paid.

Work Details

The job is not so much interested as your work is to stand straight continuously and doing your sale! I struggled very much in the beginning as there is one or two days formal training sessions and according to team leader you will get seven days training

I have worked for 1.9 yrs with firstcry and HR department is so toxic to work bcz of politics and biasness nature of managers. It was Too hard to manage work-life balance as they think leaving office on time means you have no productivity and staying late night at office means you are a hard worker. I joined this company on the onset of my career and being a female employee I have stayed there till 9-10 pm. It has kept on happening 3-4 days in a week. There were too many things have happened and has been happening with others which can't be written in one paragraph. Overall it was my horrible worst experience with firstcry.
