The overall environment Firstcry had the team, the functions, the work culture. It was a funfilled experience working there.

Dislikes

After a certain amount of time the growth becomes stagnant, you do not grow. You remain where you are even after working for years. The kind of work you work on ( specially design ) becomes monotonous.
